Purchased products and received a usps shipping number that was never taken to the post office. Have sent multiple emails with no response from the company and can't get a response or a refund. I bought these products while on vacation in Hawaii and loved the product but feel I have been scammed by my online purchase. I spent alot of money online and now I may not ever see the products or my money back. 3 emails and 21 days since my purchase with no products and no response. The tracking number shows the business created the shipping label but it was never received by the post office. Someone please help.

Your product is excellent. But if I were to rate the shipping process, it would be below average. To get my order finally delivered I had to twice reach out to you. It was at least 2 weeks before it was shipped.
